Wisdom is not so much what you say...

...but how well you are able to articulate your thoughts, an epiphany which came to me during this morning's weekly CBS talking head-fest, "Face The Nation."

It was delivered by Amy Walter, National Editor of The Cook Political Report during a discussion of the Administration's response to the hurricane which devastated Puerto Rico:

"Unfortunately what this does is that it brings us back to this place where if you're on a certain side of the aisle, you put on your jersey and side with the Mayor (of San Juan) and on the other side of the aisle you put on your jersey and side with the President.

And once again we're back to taking something that is a really serious humanitarian crisis and it's become now a test of your politican fealty. Are you in this tribe or this tribe?"

Pretty much explains the core problem with "The Swamp" which The President repeatedly pledged to "drain."

There's no winner in Trump's twitter spat with Carmen Yulín Cruz.

There are, however, losers: the country and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
