The Heat can't handle the heat...

...and I just had to write that before everyone else did.

Besides 38 year-old Tim Duncan, 32 year-old Toby Parker and 36 year-old Manu Ginobili, the NBA's Spurs had another strategic weapon to deploy against the visiting Miami "Big Three" of Lebron James, Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade (average age: 30.7 years): the broken air conditioning system in San Antonio's AT&T Center.

While it would be inaccurate to say that the Heat's players were dropping like flies, what is accurate is that the team plotz'd!

The Spurs, the pre-Championship servies favorite to win it all, won a see-saw game going away, 110-95... and it wasn't close as the score suggests.

The Heat collapsed in the fourth quarter, and James was felled by crippling leg cramps. (My brother!)

The reigning two-time NBA champion Heat is in trouble. It may have the best player in the immediate universe in James, but the Spurs have a deeper bench, two or three future Hall of Famers of their own, and a superior coach in Greg Popovich.

The Spurs in six.
