Preview of an upcoming tabloid story...

...and while in this age, that could mean print, television or digital, this definitely has the feel of front page 96 point black letters:

This will be accompanied by the traditional graphic of a dome-headed, oblong-eyed extra-terrestial and some fanciful text slightly less assertive than the headline.

A source from some official-sounding non-governmental organization, i.e., the Center for Outer-Space Observation and Studies [coos] will provide a quote that can be interpreted as supportive of the notion that the missing Malaysian Airways flight didn't crash in the Indian Ocean, it was sucked through the ozone and into an enormous intergalactic craft for the purposes of studying Oriental homo-sapiens.

But not to worry, another source from a competing NGO will dispute that one and counter that all indications are that Flight 370 was drawn into what Steve Jenkins has theorized is a Sagittarius Black Hole.

And yet a third egghead from an outfit centered high in the Himalayas will postulate that the Boeing 777-200ER was caught in a Geomagnetic Reversal of Timewave Zero.

Yeah, really! Look how long tabloid writers made hay with the likes of Judge Crater, Amelia Earhart and Jimmy Hoffa... and they haven't quite pleaded out the last one yet!

And those were just individuals! With Flight 370 we're talking 277 people!

Leave it to you to sort out this story and to make sense of it-not only was the plane sucked through the ozone layer but it will return and land safely. Passengers will have no memory of what happened.

Excellent thinking on this... you missed only the part where the youngest of us will 37 years older, and the passengers won't have aged a day!
