EłA scrambling a bit...

...as is evident in a story filed today by Jean-Paul Salamanca on 27East:

State Bars Westhampton Beach Attorney From Practicing Law For Five Years

In reporting a story broken here last Friday, it contains the following from Robert Sugarman of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, the Fifth Avenue law firm representing E³A in its lawsuit against Southampton Town and the Villages of Quogue and Westhampton Beach:

"...the firm asked Mr. Price to serve the legal papers, but emphasized that he did not handle any other tasks concerning the lawsuit. 'He never did any legal work or participated in any legal proceedings in the case,' Mr. Sugarman said."

This is called "containment."

Conspicuously absent from Mr. Salamanca's report is the name of Marvin Tenzer who likely would not have been able to perform "damage control" as adroitly as Mr. Sugarman.

As for suspended attorney Peter Price, that's him in the middle of Library Avenue, flattened by the wheels of the E³A bus.

Hey Dean-

Not sure how you call this EłA scrambling a bit - it has little to do with them - or am I missing something???

I think it's self-explanatory... both with last Friday's item and the above.

So, yes, you are missing something!
